Yogi announces 8.3 lakh government jobs in Uttar Pradesh

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath announced that the state is transforming into a "new Uttar Pradesh of a new India." He highlighted the role of transparent recruitment processes in providing job opportunities, noting that over 830,000 youths have secured government positions in the past eight years. During an event for newly appointed medical officers and laboratory assistants, the CM emphasized the importance of fair selection processes. He mentioned past issues with recruitment organizations but asserted that the current administration has improved efficiency and reduced legal disputes during appointments. CM Yogi also discussed initiatives in the AYUSH healthcare sector, including plans for an AYUSH University. The state currently has numerous Ayurveda, Unani, and Homeopathy hospitals, with new facilities under construction to enhance healthcare access for residents. Furthermore, he noted the growth of forensic science capabilities in Uttar Pradesh. The number of forensic laboratories has increased from four to twelve, with more planned. This expansion aims to improve crime investigation and justice for citizens, exemplifying the state's progress and development.
