Yash's film "Toxic" now releases March 19, 2026

Kannada actor Yash has announced a new release date for his upcoming movie "Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown Ups." The film is directed by Geetu Mohandas and marks Yash's return to cinema after his hit film, "KGF: Chapter 2," released in 2022. Originally scheduled for April 10, 2025, "Toxic" will now be released on March 19, 2026. Yash shared the updated date on social media on March 22, 2025. Along with the announcement, a new poster was released showing Yash in a black outfit, walking in the rain with a gun. A sneak peek of the movie was released on Yash's birthday, January 8, 2025. The teaser gives a nod to American gangster films, featuring Yash in a white suit and hat, entering a luxurious club. Despite the excitement, the film has faced some controversies. Environment Minister Eshwar Khandre claimed that hundreds of trees were cut down illegally during filming in Bengaluru. However, the production team denied any wrongdoing. The film will be dubbed in several languages, including Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Hindi. The full cast has not been announced, but Kiara Advani and Nayanthara are rumored to be part of the project.
