XRP traders watch $1.47 as Evernorth and ETF demand build pressure
XRP rose 1.1% to around $1.42 on Aug. 28, supported by progress toward Evernorth's planned Nasdaq listing and continued spot-ETF inflows, though it remains below its intraday high near $1.47. The SEC declared Evernorth's Form S-4 registration effective, advancing its merger with Armada Acquisition Corp. II toward a shareholder vote on Sept. 30. If approved, the combined company will list on Nasdaq as XRPN, operating as an actively managed XRP treasury backed by Ripple and other investors. XRP trades above its 50, 100, and 200-day moving averages, with the Chaikin Money Flow positive at 0.12. Traders watch $1.45-$1.47 as key resistance, with $1.40 as immediate support and the 200-day SMA near $1.28 as a lower floor.
