Fabio Gutiérrez, father of singer Xavi, has signed a global administration deal with Warner Chappell Music, securing the rights to his hit songs. This agreement will cover future work and select tracks. The deal includes popular songs like "La Diabla" and "Corazón de Piedra," co-written by Gutiérrez. He co-manages his sons' careers and previously worked in construction and as an electrician before focusing on music. Gutiérrez, who began writing as a teen, helped his son Xavi achieve chart-topping success. Xavi's hit "La Diabla" topped charts, and he credits his father's significant role in his musical journey.
