Woman's Viral Google Form for Finding a Husband Draws 240+ Responses
Arin Patterson of Charlotte, North Carolina, created a three-page Google Form titled "So…You're Interested?" to find a husband, receiving 241 submissions and 1,000-1,500 direct messages by its September 30 closing date. The form's "minimum qualifications" require men aged 28-47, Christian, single, and wanting to be a husband and father, with preferred traits including a bachelor's degree and height of at least 5-foot-10. It asks about careers, daily routines, and views on marriage, plus a question about topics they could discuss at length. Patterson, single for three years after ending an engagement in 2019, was inspired by her parents' 44-year marriage. She created the form after exhausting dating apps and other methods, sparking debate about whether structured applications are practical or excessive in modern dating.
