Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Wolcottsville will rededicate its restored 1897 Hinners & Albertsen organ with a recital next weekend. The organ, the only one of its kind still in its original installation in the U.S., was damaged by mice during the Covid lockdown and has been repaired. The restoration included hand-made parts and cost $17,500, partially funded by a county grant. The rededication service on May 17th will feature a recital by six organists, showcasing the instrument's range. A fundraising dinner will follow the event.
