Witcher 3 developer reveals hidden humorous dialogue accessed through mod

A developer from CD Projekt Red revealed he created a humorous piece of cut dialogue for Geralt in The Witcher 3 back in 2014. This dialogue can only be accessed through a specific mod during a quest scene. The mod, called "Brothers in Arms," restores an alternate outcome where Geralt humorously claims, "I'm dead, they killed me," instead of facing a typical game over. This adds a comedic twist to a scene involving hallucinogenic bears. Developer Paweł Sasko confirmed his involvement via Twitter, expressing satisfaction that players have discovered the dialogue. He is currently working on the sequel to Cyberpunk 2077.
