Windows 11 will let users disable AI actions in File Explorer

Windows 11 will soon allow users to completely disable AI actions in File Explorer. This change aims to declutter the context menu by removing the AI actions section when no relevant actions are available. The update, currently in preview build 26220.7344, means the AI actions section will no longer appear if there are no enabled AI actions for a specific file. Previously, an empty section would still display. AI actions include features like summarizing documents with Copilot or AI-powered image editing. This adjustment is seen as a fix rather than a new feature, improving user experience by removing unnecessary empty menu items.
