Widow searches for husband's head 19 years after 2007 post-election violence in Kenya

A widow is still searching for her husband's missing head 19 years after he was killed during Kenya's 2007 post-election violence. Violet Kusa Okata buried her husband, Michael Akasa Okata, without his head due to the violent circumstances and displacement. She fled Nakuru with her children and transported his body to Luanda for burial. The violence resulted in over 1,100 deaths and displaced over 600,000 people. Violet seeks closure and asks authorities to help locate her husband's remains for a complete burial.
