Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 Patch 5 set for December 10 release with new content

Focus Entertainment has announced that Patch 5 for Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 will be released on December 10. This update includes the Dark Angels Chapter Pack and introduces new content, including a screenshot featuring a Blood Raven holding an unknown object. The screenshot shows the Blood Raven with a chalice and a pistol, which players have not seen in the game before. Speculation suggests this object may relate to a new raid-style mechanic in the upcoming Operation called Obelisk. In this Operation, players will navigate a dark tomb to disrupt energy protecting the Aurora device. The Chaos forces will also feature a new enemy, the Tzaangor Enlightened, in all PvE Operations.
