VOO integrates with Orange Belgium, phasing out TV channels and customer support

VOO is losing TV channels and closing its customer support forum as part of its integration into Orange Belgium. The telecom operator's customer service forum no longer handles direct support, redirecting users to phone or messaging services. VOO's physical stores are also being replaced by integrated "VOO Corners" within Orange shops. This follows job reductions at the VOO call center and the discontinuation of @voo.be email addresses. Orange Belgium aims to convert VOO customers to its own services.
