Vonovia builds apartments faster and cheaper in Berlin using factory-produced walls

Vonovia is adopting factory-produced walls for faster, cheaper construction of 158 apartments in Berlin. This serial construction method aims to reduce building costs by up to 30% and halve construction time, potentially lowering rents. The walls, including integrated windows and wiring, are assembled on-site.
