Vick Hope joins Countryfile as permanent presenter

Vick Hope has joined the BBC show 'Countryfile' as a permanent presenter. She will work alongside Matt Baker, Anita Rani, and Margherita Taylor, bringing her connection to the countryside and enthusiasm for nature. Her first assignment will take place in Kielder Forest, Northumberland, where she has childhood memories of orienteering. Vick expressed excitement about returning to the area for her debut. Mark Beech, the commissioning editor, welcomed Vick to the team, highlighting her genuine connection to rural life. Vick's first episode is scheduled to air on March 9.
