Vick Hope confirmed as new permanent BBC Countryfile host

Vick Hope has been named the new permanent host of BBC's Countryfile. The Radio 1 DJ expressed her excitement about joining the show and working with familiar presenters like Matt Baker and Anita Rani. Her first assignment will take place in Kielder Forest, Northumberland, where she has personal ties from her childhood. Vick's debut episode is scheduled for March 9.
