Valorant implements multi-factor authentication to combat smurfing

Riot Games is implementing multi-factor authentication (MFA) in Valorant to combat smurfing. MFA via Riot Mobile will be mandatory for accounts identified as shared, suspected of multiple users, or ranked Ascendant and above, starting with patch 11.10. This measure aims to reduce smurfing, protect account security, and maintain competitive integrity, with potential future expansion to more players.
