Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in Alaska and Luke Air Force Base in Arizona have already transitioned to F-22s and F-35s, respectively. Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam in Hawaii and Royal Air Force Lakenheath in England are also moving to F-22s and F-35s.
