UFC 311 fight card features two title bouts and four champions in Los Angeles

ESPN has announced the official fight card for UFC 311, scheduled for January 18, 2025, at the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles. The event will feature two championship fights, headlined by Islam Makhachev defending his lightweight title against Arman Tsarukyan. In the co-main event, bantamweight champion Merab Dvalishvili will face Umar Nurmagomedov. Dvalishvili is on an 11-fight win streak and recently won the title in September. Nurmagomedov, the No. 2 contender, earned his title shot after defeating Cory Sandhagen in August. This event marks a rematch between Makhachev and Tsarukyan, who previously fought in April 2019. Makhachev won that bout by unanimous decision and is currently on a 14-fight win streak. Tsarukyan has also been successful since their last meeting, winning four consecutive fights.
