Perry plans to relocate to Puerto Rico. The 22.5-acre gated compound features a 24,500-square-foot Mediterranean-style mansion with eight bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, plus a guesthouse and staff quarters. Perry bought the land for $4.3 million in 2004 and completed construction in 2012. Perry also listed his Wyoming retreat for $39.5 million, bringing combined asking prices to $96.5 million. The selloff comes as he prepares to move to Puerto Rico in early 2027 and scale back his work schedule.
