Tyler Perry lists $57m Beverly Hills estate that sheltered Harry and Meghan
Tyler Perry has listed his Beverly Hills estate for $57 million, a property that once served as the temporary US home for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle after their 2020 move to California. The sale marks the end of the mansion's chapter as a private celebrity retreat. The 22.5-acre compound, located in the gated Beverly Ridge Estates community, features a 24,500-square-foot Mediterranean-style mansion with eight bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a library, a guesthouse, and staff quarters. Perry, who bought the land for $4.3 million in 2004 and completed construction in 2012, is reportedly relocating to Puerto Rico. The estate has hosted other notable figures, including Oprah Winfrey and Barack Obama, and Meghan credited Perry with providing security during the couple's transition. Perry, a filmmaker known for the Madea character, was named Forbes' highest-paid man in entertainment in 2011.
