Two asteroids passed by Earth, one with a moon

In late June, NASA detected two asteroids passing by Earth. The larger one, 2024 MK, was 500 feet wide and came within 184,000 miles of Earth, closer than the Moon. The second, 2011 UL21, nearly 1 mile wide, passed by at 4.1 million miles. 2011 UL21 has a moon orbiting it at a distance of 1.9 miles. Both asteroids are classified as potentially hazardous but pose no immediate threat.
