Tula court seizes "Stamp" factory assets from British offshore company

A court seized assets of the Tula "Stamp" factory from a British offshore company. The Tula Arbitration Court ruled in favor of the regional prosecutor's office, invalidating property sale and ownership registration deals. A building and land parcel in Tula were taken from the offshore entity. The case, which lasted nearly a year, involved a complex chain of transactions dating back to 2006. The offshore company's representative was identified as Moscow businessman Zair Syamiullin.
