Trowbridge roadworks enter final phase with town center improvements

Trowbridge town centre's roadworks will enter their final phase on December 2. Manvers Street, Fore Street, and Wicker Hill will reopen after being closed since May for improvements aimed at enhancing pedestrian access. The final phase will focus on footpath upgrades along Hill Street. Local businesses will remain open during this phase, which will also coordinate with utility work to reduce disruption. Recent improvements included wider footpaths, new parking bays, and updated street furniture. The project is part of a £16 million investment from the government’s Future High Streets Fund.
