Tricog Health targets 100 million cardiac screenings by 2030
Tricog Health, a Bengaluru-based healthtech firm, aims to conduct 100 million cardiac screenings by 2030, having already screened over 41 million patients since its 2014 founding. The company currently screens over a million patients globally each month. The firm uses AI-enabled ECG devices and a team of 120 doctors to detect over 140 heart conditions, returning reports within six minutes. This hub-and-spoke model has cut treatment delays in urban India from 360 minutes to under 30 minutes. Tricog partners with governments in seven Indian states and operates in 14 Global South countries. This expansion addresses India's shortage of cardiologists, as cardiovascular disease remains the leading killer, with 50 percent of related deaths potentially preventable through early detection.
