Trent Reznor names Sabrina Carpenter's Espresso best song of 2024

Trent Reznor has named Sabrina Carpenter's song "Espresso" as the best song of 2024. He made the announcement during an interview at the Golden Globes on January 5, surprising the interviewer with his choice. "Espresso," released in April 2023, is from Carpenter's album "Short N’ Sweet." The song is nominated for two Grammy Awards and won the MTV Video Music Award for Song of the Year. Reznor and his musical partner Atticus Ross won the Best Original Score award at the Golden Globes. They are also working on new music for Nine Inch Nails and a soundtrack for Disney's upcoming film "Tron: Ares."
