TransLink unveils winter weather plan for Metro Vancouver transit

TransLink has announced its winter weather plan for Metro Vancouver, focusing on improved bus and SkyTrain operations. This year, 600 buses will be equipped with "Grip D" winter tires, an increase of 100 from last winter.
