TPSODL submits revenue requirement for 2025-26 to Odisha regulator

TP Southern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPSODL) submitted its revenue requirement application for 2025-26 to the Odisha Electricity Regulatory Commission (OERC). The proposed net revenue requirement is Rs 2,490.02 crore. TPSODL plans to buy 5,062.15 million units of power and expects to sell 3,835.09 million units, an increase from the previous year. The projected distribution loss is 24.24%, slightly lower than the current year's 24.59%. Despite a projected deficit of Rs 280.95 crore, TPSODL has not suggested a tariff increase.
