Toronto police to release updated list of top 25 most wanted fugitives

Toronto police will release an updated list of Canada’s top 25 most wanted fugitives on Wednesday. This announcement will include new suspects and initiatives to engage the public in locating these individuals. The press conference will feature members from the Toronto Police Service, Surete du Quebec, and the Bolo Program. The Bolo Program uses social media and technology to encourage citizen involvement in tracking fugitives. In April, Michael Bebee was named Canada’s most wanted for his alleged involvement in a murder case. He is still wanted for second-degree murder following the death of Shamar Powell-Flowers in Toronto.
