TKO prices $1B bond at 6.5% for buybacks and corporate use
TKO Group Holdings priced a $1 billion bond issuance with a 6.5% interest rate, maturing in 2031, through its subsidiary TKO Worldwide Holdings. The sale is expected to close on or around November 13, 2026. The company plans to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, potentially including distributions to parent entities to fund share buybacks under its previously announced repurchase program, and to pay related fees. The notes are guaranteed by TKO Guarantor and certain subsidiaries, secured by first-priority liens on collateral backing existing credit facilities. The bonds were offered only to qualified institutional buyers under Rule 144A and internationally under Regulation S. TKO Group Holdings, which operates UFC, WWE, PBR, and the Zuffa Boxing joint venture, will rank the notes equally with existing senior debt.
