T’Andre Waverly, a senior tight end from Kamiak High in Washington, has committed to Oregon State during the Navy All-American Bowl. He chose Oregon State over finalists Notre Dame and Washington. Waverly, who is 6-foot-4 and weighs 225 pounds, has signed with the Beavers and is now part of their 2025 recruiting class. He is known for his speed, having run a 10.6-second 100 meters. Waverly is the 20th commitment for Oregon State's 2025 class, which previously signed 18 players in December. The Beavers plan to add Waverly and quarterback Tristan Ti’a in February.
