Three workers died from injuries after a weight fell during crane demolition at a Kawasaki steelworks

Three workers died from traumatic shock and brainstem damage after a weight fell during crane demolition at a Kawasaki steelworks. The accident occurred when a weight fell from approximately 35 meters high, causing five workers to fall. Police have determined the cause of death for the three fatalities.
