Three suspects in robbery-murder case set for trial in May

Three suspects in a November robbery-murder case have been assigned a trial date of May 5. Ashley Seabolt, 41, Stephonn Sutton, 36, and Sami Hussen, 38, are charged with the murder of Toby Ray Fisher. Fisher was found shot outside River Run Apartments on November 26. Investigators believe the incident involved a drug deal that turned deadly, with Hussen suspected of firing the fatal shot. During their court appearance, a judge entered not-guilty pleas for the suspects and appointed public defenders. The judge noted the potential for conflicts of interest due to the co-defendants.
