Teruel recorded the highest express-sale rate at 21%, followed by Huelva and Vitoria at 13%; Madrid and Bilbao both reached 11%. Nationally, express sales fell from 8% to 7% year over year, with declines in Madrid, Barcelona, and other large markets. Teruel was the exception, climbing from 9% to 21%.
