Telangana government reverses ticket price hike for Ram Charan's 'Game Changer'

The Telangana government has withdrawn its orders that allowed a ticket price hike for the film 'Game Changer' starring Ram Charan. The new rules will take effect on January 16. Previously, the government had approved increased ticket prices for screenings on January 10 and from January 11 to 19. The hike included an additional ₹150 for multiplexes and ₹100 for single theatres. In response to a High Court ruling, the government will also prohibit early morning shows until public health and safety are considered. This decision follows criticism from opposition lawmakers regarding the earlier price hike.
