Teenager rescued from cardiac arrest at sea in Pesaro

A 14-year-old boy was rescued after a cardiac arrest at sea in Pesaro. The teenager was found face down in the water and resuscitated by lifeguards before being taken to the hospital. His condition is critical but without apparent brain damage. The rescue occurred near where an 80-year-old tourist tragically died in the sea on the same afternoon.
