Teenager killed by XL Bully dog in Bristol attack

A 19-year-old girl named Morgan Dorsett was killed in a dog attack on February 26 in Bristol. The dog involved was an XL Bully. An inquest revealed that Morgan died from bites to her face and neck. Morgan was attacked inside a flat, and emergency services pronounced her dead at the scene. Her mother identified her body at a local mortuary. Two individuals, a man and a woman in their 20s, were arrested. They are suspected of being responsible for having a dog that was out of control and causing Morgan's death. They have been released on bail while the investigation continues. Matthew Travis, Morgan's stepfather, shared a heartfelt tribute on social media, describing her as a "loveable rogue." He expressed deep sorrow for her loss, highlighting her lively spirit and affectionate personality. Morgan's mother also thanked the community for their support during this difficult time. Neighbors reported that Morgan was epileptic and had a seizure before the attack, which might have triggered the dog's aggressive behavior.
