Tarang Amin named Modern CEO of the Year for leadership in inclusion and innovation

Tarang Amin, CEO of E.l.f. Beauty, has been named the inaugural Modern CEO of the Year for his focus on inclusion, accessibility, and innovation. Under his leadership since 2014, E.l.f. has seen 23 consecutive quarters of sales growth and expects 28% to 30% growth for fiscal 2025. Amin emphasizes the importance of a diverse team that reflects the community, which he believes drives faster product innovation. E.l.f. has also launched initiatives to promote board diversity, achieving 78% women and 44% diverse representation on its board.
