Taiwan's Hai Kun submarine completes dive test, boosting island's naval defense

Taiwan's indigenous submarine Hai Kun successfully completed its first dive test, a significant step for the island's naval defense and autonomy. The diesel-electric submarine, also known as Narwhal, is part of Taiwan's Indigenous Defense Submarine program.
