Taiwanese users can now enable Apple Intelligence in Traditional Chinese on iOS 26.1 Beta

Taiwanese Apple users can now access Apple Intelligence features in Traditional Chinese with the iOS 26.1 Beta release. This update allows users to utilize AI functions without changing their device's language settings. The initial Traditional Chinese version of Apple Intelligence includes features like real-time translation, custom emoji creation (Genmoji), and an AI image generation tool. These functions are available for devices set to "Chinese (Traditional, Taiwan)" and can process both Chinese and Traditional Chinese commands. To enable these features, users need a developer account and must update to the iOS 26.1 Beta. This functionality is currently limited to iPhone 15 Pro and newer models, and users are advised to back up their data before updating due to the beta status.
