SEMI President Ajit Manocha stated Taiwan is the center of the global semiconductor ecosystem, with the world heavily relying on its industry. The SEMICON Taiwan exhibition highlighted Taiwan's crucial role, with over sixty countries participating, underscoring its global popularity despite geopolitical uncertainties. Manocha, who witnessed TSMC's founding, noted Taiwan's semiconductor giants like TSMC, ASE, and UMC are indispensable, with TSMC's international expansion further proving global dependence.
