Swiss passport ranks third globally for visa-free travel

The Swiss passport has reached its highest ever ranking, securing third place on the Henley Passport Index for the first time. This achievement means Swiss citizens can travel visa-free to 186 destinations, sharing the third spot with four other countries. Singapore remains at the top with access to 192 countries. The improved ranking is due to other countries' visa policies worsening, not an increase in visa-free travel for Switzerland, which now requires visas for six fewer countries than before.
