Swiss dog owner fined 360,000 euros after German Shepherd attacks delivery driver

The incident occurred in October 2023 when the dog bit the driver on the leg. The victim subsequently developed post-traumatic stress disorder, leading to 18 months of work incapacity. This was not the first time the dog had bitten someone, and the owner had prior convictions for similar incidents, with the judge noting her lack of remorse.
