However, only 52% think their governments will set stricter carbon emission targets, with optimism highest in China at 84%. Views on global conflicts are less hopeful, with only 20% believing the Middle East conflicts will end in 2025. In the job market, nearly two-thirds anticipate AI will replace jobs, while 43% expect new jobs to be created.
