Surat's former banker sets Guinness World Record in Hercules pillar hold

Former banker Vispy Kharadi set a new Guinness World Record for the longest Hercules pillar hold. Kharadi endured the immense strain for two minutes and 10.75 seconds, surpassing the previous record by 90 seconds. He later achieved another feat with heavier pillars. The Hercules pillar hold is a theatrical strongman test. Kharadi, who also holds other records, aims to challenge stereotypes about Indian genetics and physical capabilities.
