Sunoco reports lower Q3 revenue but stronger cash flow and EBITDA growth

Sunoco LP reported third-quarter revenues of $5.75 billion, falling short of the expected $6.51 billion. However, adjusted distributable cash flow rose to $349 million, up from $181 million a year ago, and adjusted EBITDA increased to $456 million from $257 million. The Fuel Distribution segment sold about 2.1 billion gallons of fuel, a 1% increase year-over-year. The fuel margin improved slightly to 12.8 cents per gallon compared to 12.5 cents in the same quarter last year. Sunoco declared a distribution of $0.8756 per unit, payable on November 19. The company reported long-term debt of approximately $7.3 billion and $1.4 billion in liquidity remaining on its credit facility.
