Sanjeeda Shaikh praised Sunny Deol for continuing to shoot 'Ikka' after his father Dharmendra's death, calling his dedication remarkable professionalism. In an interview with Hindustan Times, she recalled that Deol attended the final schedule despite Dharmendra's passing, saying he could have asked for a break but instead worked and left. She said watching accomplished actors taught her discipline. The Netflix film 'Ikka', directed by Siddharth P. Malhotra, also stars Akshaye Khanna, Dia Mirza and Tillotama Shome. Dharmendra died on November 24, 2025.
