Study reveals over a third of NHS workers face burnout and neglect their health

In response, Optical Express is relaunching its "Thanks a Million" campaign, offering £1 million worth of free laser eye surgery to these workers. The initiative aims to support their health and well-being. The study highlights that nearly half of caregivers experience moderate to high levels of burnout, with many already facing vision problems. Applications for the free surgery are open until March 7, 2025.
