Strictly Come Dancing coach faces losing home after stroke

Jane Bullock, a renowned ballroom dancer who coached Strictly Come Dancing professionals, may lose her home due to the cost of 24/7 care after a severe stroke on 10 August 2025 left her with half her sight and left-side movement loss. Her husband Warren provides relentless care, including help with eating and toileting, while paid carers cost £1,640 weekly and private physio sessions add further expense. He said selling their home is a "last resort" to cover these costs. A Go Fund Me page has raised over £71,000 from worldwide donors, which Warren called "incredibly grateful" for, but he urged the government to increase care funding. The couple ran ZigZag Dance Factory for 30 years and starred in Netflix's Baby Ballroom.
