New images, apparently posted by Graf himself on Facebook, show him in a dark, graffiti-covered tunnel with a shopping cart. He faces charges including violating court orders, domestic violence, and drunk driving, with a contact ban related to his ex-wife. The tunnel system, built for flood control, spans about 480 kilometers and houses an estimated 1,200 to 1,500 homeless people. Graf previously lived in a tent after his second marriage failed in 2025, and his camp was destroyed by fires in August.
