Staten Island farm stand offers fresh produce

Heritage Farm's farm stand at Snug Harbor Cultural Center and Botanical Gardens opened for its first Saturday of the 2025 season, offering fresh produce. The farm stand, open Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. through October 18, features items like arugula, radishes, spinach, and herbs. Starting May 29, the farm stand will also be open on Thursdays from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The farm stand accepts SNAP/EBT and CSA purchases, and offers community-supported agriculture shares. A ginger cultivation demonstration will be held this Saturday.
