State Department blocked from deporting hate speech researcher Imran Ahmed

Ahmed, CEO of the Center for Countering Digital Hate, was among five individuals barred from the U.S. for their work on online abuse and disinformation, according to the State Department. The move follows criticism from the administration of targeting American viewpoints, while Ahmed asserts it's an attempt by tech companies to evade responsibility.
